Presented Competitive Analysis on product marketing materials in Cinema Products to Senior Leadership; this presentation led to the decision to re-vamp our product marketing materials to be more consumer centric and have a clearer categorized value propositions.

Create reports and continuous follow-up on marketing materials and updates; help the Sales Managers utilize their current sales to create a comprehensive sales analysis and modeling forecast that provide insights and recommendations.

Development of a new process to drive quarterly updates on product sales and marketing tools 50% more efficiently on all product features and benefits, messaging, and technical specifications across product design, engineering, sales, and operations team.

Designed and built a new communications framework, which:
ensures teams are up to date on initiatives and product development plans amongst the various marketing teams, the product team, and operations team
tracks media, email, and web traffic metrics to measure brand awareness

Developed and executed new sales and marketing programs with KPI’s in Keynote with Integrated Marketing Manager, Brand team, legal team, and Content Solutions Manager for Dolby Vision; resulted in a new set of consumer marketing package kits including plaques, brochures, and white papers. Helped create the marketing strategy and goals for the quarterly meetings. Developed the requirements for launching Dolby Vision into Salesforce; resulting in a more efficient sales operations workflow. Conducted research for content creation team on original movies and T.V. series at prominent entertainment companies.
Conducted research on Dolby’s marketing options for their Screening Rooms including top screening room booking companies, social media presence, and overall digital web presence. Presented the marketing strategy and SEO recommendations for Dolby’s Screening Rooms to Senior Director of Technology Operations and Strategy, Senior Marketing Manager, and Special Projects Consultant. Lead for several Dolby Screening Room social pages such as Yelp and Google Reviews to increase presence.

Ran qualitative & financial analyses for market research conducted on the opportunity to target & invest in the ideal industry with their biopesticide products; traveled to Washington, Oregon, Colorado, California.

Presented go to market strategy & changes in supply-chain to CEO & CFO; resulted in Marrone Bio’s investment in the desired industry with projected revenue of $300 million over next 5 years. Helped develop sales materials.
